China’s popularity in Bangladesh dips a bit over Myanmar issue

Bangladesh has a terrible unelected government which leads to disastrous foreign policies. In long run, when we will have a capable elected leader we will be good.
Now we should end this argument over Chinese policies. India was the first one who came to support Myanmar, China had no option but support Myanmar. Blame your own policymaker, not another country.
And don't forget these moral values are not like westerners, don't expect them to behave like one.
And one last thing, USA and its allies are at least 50 years ahead than any other country in the world. 30 years from now, the world will be chasing the technologies come out from DARPA and other western labs.Mark my words

Are you a muslim to speak like this? or you are just a dumb to know shit about geopolitics.

We all thought Aung San Suu Kyim as a western pawn before, but once she took the power and knew the ground reality, she choosed to cooperate with China against west will, which happened long before Rohinya issues, that is why west began to hate her and defame her, while we learned to appreciate her courage to stood up against west for her country and people.

Go to China popular forums such as tianya etc, where people are 100% to support maynmar, does it ring any bell to you? We have now around 20k rohinyas lingering around our border town, which caused huge damage to our national security and social stability by assisting their urghur brothers to smuggle in and out jihadists , weapons, drugs etc. Can you ask your canadian government to take them?

Look at the recent vote in UN, all Asean countries support myanmar except 2 muslim countries. Again in south asia, nobody support BD except 2 muslim countries. This is called geopolitics on the ground.

Finally, we don't have the obligation to make bangladesh happy, don't we?

Get a clue before opening your mouth.
Are Singapore and Thailand not part of Asean?

India abstained as it wanted to distant itself from mass murder and rape. Even the Indians, who naturally hate Muslims, were so apalled at the Barman animals they could no longer support them.

China has shown itself to be a selfish country and will never again be taken seriously when it talks about any injustice in the world.

Bangladesh thinks by getting big powers like China to support their narrative on Rohingya ,they could put pressure on Myanmar , China has a oil pipeline as well a port with these significant investment they won't leave Myanmar ,high and dry , Bangladesh cannot replace Myanmar's strategic geographical position ,they can only provide market and with China itself want to lower its export driven economy with domestic consumption , Bangladesh doesn't have any cards to play it can only talk about human rights violation with these so called international organisations who have a West inclined agenda

It appears that you do since you constantly post here. And feel the need to tag others.
she is more like a child, I saw similar kind of posts from her many times. One line of ignorant line and tag an animal from her kind, a very sad soul.

he maybe a muslim ,if not, he is a fu*king moron. well done maynmar, hope you can do more! we chinese are supporting you!

I am not a Muslim, and I do support CPC's action against the radical terrorists in Xinjiang.

But the current Myanmar regime is not trustworthy, and remember they did shell our border multiple times, but the US believed that was not enough and assigned them an even more provocative task, that's why they chickened out and got punished by their US master.

Please never ever speak against murder and rape
since you have no problem with it.

@ChineseTiger1986

We know there are many decent Chinese people like you.

They are mostly angry youths who can easily get manipulated.

The goal of the US straight forward and clear; it is to incite all China's neighbors to conduct the suicidal attacks against China. If China fights back, then the Sinophobia images are waiting to staple on China's face by the western media, just like they did to Russia.

The current Myanmar regime just figured that out and got chickened to follow this order, hence the US has punished them for disobeying the order.

Many pro-US countries wanted to become a US lapdogs for more benefits, because they believed that the US is still the richest and can become a good reliable sugar daddy, but they don't want to get sacrificed by the US as an expendable cannon fodder, even the most pro-US regime cannot spontaneously follow this kind of order.

These forsaken lapdogs are unreliable allies, China shouldn't rescue them from the punishment of their master. When their master throws them a new bone, they will again turn their back on China.

Without the Rohingya genocide, we simply wouldn't have these refugees within our border.

Aung San Suu Kyi did not choose to cooperate with China; it was the task assigned by her US master too deadly and suicidal, that's why she is now begging China for help.

Tianya is now full of manipulators who wanna see China to fight the Muslim World on the behalf of their US master.

The most anti-Muslim country is the US, and we shouldn't act as a scapegoat for the US.

I see no point for China keep trying to be the mediator. no matter what we do or propose it wont make Myanmar any happier and BD already hate us by now. better we just stay out of the mess

We should let the current Myanmar regime collapsed under the western sanction, then to act as a mediator when a more moderate regime comes to power.

The Rohingya genocide must stop right now, because in the long term it will nurture more extremists in the vicinity of our southwest border.

China should seek trade and friendship with all. But don't entangle in other countries matters. The same advice I would give to .US. But it's hopeless here in America.

China's policy makes little sense to me.

It has severely damaged it's reputation for a country that is little more than a line on a map. Barmans have been fighting the other ethnic groups ever since independence.

If China did not support Myanmar, what would have been the repercussions?

Block the use of oil and gas pipelines by China? Since the pipelines only supply China, they are the only means for Myanmar to earn much needed revenue.

Turn to the West? What exactly does Myanmar have to offer apart from tiny amounts of oil and gas in world terms? There is an energy glut in the world markets and so that is nowhere near as important as maybe 10-15 years ago.

The fact is that Myanmar needs China like China needs Myanmar. China should have stayed neutral and then it would have kept it's reputation intact. This was the one big advantage that it had over the US and the US is jumping with joy at this Chinese strategic miscalculation.

China should always remain staunch in its stance, and a flip flop stance is not good.

At least the US always remains staunch against any anti-US coalition.

Just look at Gaddafi, formerly anti-US, then completely capitulated to the West, but the US still didn't spare him for his anti-US stance in the past.

China should kick those forsaken lapdogs out even they are begging for mercy, and they are not trustworthy, since they are only loving you when they need your help.

Those mediocre think tanks should be permanently banished from the Chinese government.

BD may not be a rich or powerful country but it has never ever acted against Chinese interests.
There was a report a few years ago about the US Navy wanting to base a CBG fleet in BD against China, which was promptly turned down by the BD government.

For this reason, I despise those traitors within the Chinese government even more. The damage they have done to our future is beyond estimation.

Aung San Suu Kyi is not our friend at all, I was against this woman since the beginning time I joined this forum. So many Chinese are superficial in their geopolitical view and could easily get manipulated and fooled.
