Not so huge, because the development of other industries and services, and now Chinese workers has become increasingly critical for heavy physical activity, so the salary has been increased in the past. Also if chinese company treat them in human and keep in in humane conditions they can't even complained because chinese company has govt support and whom they complain to ?
