Majoroity of the sports bars and higher end restaurants in the US already have bathrooms with TV's. You play adds on these and make extra revenue, so a person taking a quick leak learns about a few sales or cheaper products, quickly (good marketing).

Also, these toilets are a quick rest stop, you use the bathroom, get your electric car charged up while you were inside, pick up a drink or two and a sandwich and you can get back to driving. Saves time and its convenient. Good business model I think.

I think saying it is a "TV" is a bit of a stretch. Basically it is a captive audience marketing tool. In sports bars yes they are usually showing sports events. But it's not like you can change the channel ( :o: not that you'd even want to touch a remote or the screen anyway in there..maybe voice command is the only hygenic option).

These are for marketing purposes, not to show you the latest Arnold movie, with him saying "I'll be BACK"!!!

These TV's will run adds like sales in that area, specials on food, or cars, or air tickets, etc. Another way to make money. Google's MAIN revenue stream is internet marketing....till today (how many people knew that MUAHAHA :enjoy:)

It is nice, but I think China can put the money for better use. I hope this is not from tax payers.

TV is for what?

That people.who ask such elementary question must be living in a backward. country.

They are shocked by a toilet TV.which is used for advertisement.

Do not tell me you think we use that tiny TV to watch movies.
