Tha Pak-China nuke deal is still to commence and i guess what ever latest present will be offered. The biggest obstruction to this deal is not NSG but risk of American technology making way into Pakistan without explicit American approval. However a parallel nuclear deal with USA will eliminate these concerns, possibility of which is very much real.

Get out of delusions my friend, its never gona happen. period. Wana know why? Let me give you few indications.

1 - USA doesn't trust Pakistan for Nuclear matters. If USA offers us the deal, we will be in position to produce enriched uranium for our defense requirements = "India ki pithhi" and this is not what they want.

2 - USA is not looking towards Pakistan as centre of strength in Asia, its India and thats why even the F16-s that came for our defense were with condition of no use against India. Kuch smajh aii?

3 - In Afghanistan, it is willing to see limited/reduced role of Taliban/ Pro Pakistan and Pakistani influence for its own good. Stronger, Stable, Prospering Pakistan would mean greater challenge to counter in Afghanistan which they not want in their dreams.

4 - They know Pakistan works for carrot, they don't need to give it a "meal" to satisfy it. Few "sell-able" politicians with few millions in bank accounts do job for them, why the heck would they invest billions and strategic tech to appease us?

5 - Our bond with China is unbreakable and our reliability on China is only going to increase as it is increasing already. USA is not 5 year old kid who doesn't understand that. They know even if we give Pakistan a nuclear Deal, Paksitan is sure to extend more and more cooperation with China. So they are only looking to STOP a deal between China/Pakistan without offering anything in its replacement.

6 - All this negotiation has a very short term objective and that is US election. They need to make Pakistan do a thing or two before they would undergo their coming elections. So the objectives they want to get as a result of appeasement from Pakistan are short-term and quick to get.. they would like you to wait and see and delay your dealings with China but would refrain from giving us anything - just anything that makes us stronger.

7 - Its America - You trust it? LOL

8 - The same Helery which warns of Paksitan with consequences and which she asserted in her recent visit, the same which who believes Osama is in Pakistan and Pakistan should give access to him and the same women who speaks Indian Lines on Kashmir, the same women who is "very concerned" about security of our Nukes/Nuclear Asserts, the same Americans who blame Paksitan for 101 bad things that happens to them/their friends and same women who is trying to "earn credibility" by giving money to organize theaters would give Pakistan a strategic favor? Lets think why.

Most Chinese Pakistan projects are Joint Ventures with complete Transfer of Technology. Of Course Pakistan pays extra for the ToT but our Chinese Friends are happy to sell us ToT which very few countries are willing to do for us because of American/Indian/Israeli pressure.

Very very good news for China
but what kind of nuclear reactors is China delivering to Pakistan, 2nd, 3rd or 4th generation.

Due to the close relationship between China and Pakistan, basically both countries will be on the same pace of development through JV's, no ToT problem. Currently operational ones are mostly G-II, while G-III (ACPR1000+, Hualong One, ACP1400) are either under construction of planned to be (e.g. in Argentina as well). G-IV is still at experimental stage.

Don't say now anything. China has backed from Pak even in Mushi era. Also, Mushi had failed due to some issues in privatizing all of the sector that can really be helpful for Pak Economy also in creation of more jobs.
