It wont. It depend on the willingness of both Palestine and Israel to reach peace agreement.

If both party want war, the war still will happen. The China embassy in Gaza or West Bank wont prevent Israel from retaliation against Hamas if Hamas continue to attack Israel. If China intervene by being pro Palestine that make Israel can't retaliate, then US and Europe will intervene to back Israel in the name of right of a nation (Israel) to protect (self defense) their country from enemy's attack, then world war 3 could happen. I dont think both China and US want this to happen.

What do you expect China and Russia to do?

So far they are already pro Palestine (on the opposite of US stance as always). But they can't follow what Palestine state want - unless their want has a ground. You can't expect them to push Israel to dismiss and push Jews back to Europe or to sea according to Arab wants, because it is violation toward humanity, and there is no reason why China & Russia will support solution against humanity.

So far China and Russia can do is to encourage Israel to go back to UN resolution 181 (UN partition movement), but still cant push Israel to do so, because no ground, just encourage so far. Why no ground? because this resolution 181 was rejected by Arab themself and never come into realization due to civil war in 1948, so there is no obligation for Israel to fulfill that.

US cannot blackmail China and Russia.

Both China and Russia has done their best according to the viable ground and corridor regarding Israel-Palestine conflict; they were not being idle because of being blackmailed by US.
