NSG membership will allow India to freely exchange Uranium for civil purposes like energy production with supplier group(Main objective).If india itself is a supplier for an alternate fuel like thorium which is safe,environmental friendly and large abundance compared to Uranium and a successful operation of thorium based power plants in future will kill the prospects of Uranium.So my statement makes lot of sense.

NSG membership will come ..... India just has to put forward the conditions with the US while accepting the nuclear deal.

The move is only aimed at containing India and denying the true status.
