Will the Type 076 have two catapults )one forward and one along the landing path)?
Similar to this Spanish design, but obviously not as wide as this design. Two catapults would make it more reliable in case one catapult failed, and allow multiple launches at a time.

probably the old French carrier design for the Clemenceau/Foch would be the smallest CATOBAR carrier with two catapults that could be a working inspiration for a similar design for the Type 076. If China could squeeze about 18-20 J-35 (along with a dozen other supporting aircraft and helicopters) on to this kind of a design it could be a real force multiplier as it would be much cheaper to build and allow flexibility in how a surface action group operates.
