Exactly. I wish Sri Lankan government also uses the same model to assimilate the morons in the Eastern province. It's one of the poorest, least educated provinces in Sri Lanka bringing the average income and HDI down. Not only that, the terrorist attack has managed to bring the economy down to knees this year.
