What are China's weak neighbours? Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Mongolia, Kazakhstan or Russia?

All of the above have achieved glorious victories in the past and they are no where near "weak" now. Without nuclear, compared to any of these countries, Indian army is just a joke.
