It's funny, India announced they needed massive investment for their huge infrastructure plan, then China comes and offers to finance 30% of it, more than the rest put together. In "non-sensitive" sectors too, so there is no risk to national security.
And Congress rejects it.Again and again, they keep rejecting it.
So strange. Those guys are more socialist than we were back in the 1950's.
Chinese just move on. Business may be business but if they don't want you there, move on, why be so pushy? Africa is a better opportunity than india.
