China Gifts J-10 jets to Sri Lanka

Sir, don't you think China would of released some sort of information regarding free give aways to Lanka before Pakistan.

Looking at the response.. Looks like many Indian forumer are feeling very uneasy over this news and immediate need link or proof to somehow as a last ditch effort to salvage their fear.
Their fear that they lack both the financial or indigenous military product to compete with China over sphere of influence. China has more money than India and no problem throwing money to win over allies just like what Cold war battle between USSR and USA. Donating hundreds of combat jet to Middle East countries and South East Asia allies.. Only Real Super power capable of doing that.
As for the Jet to Sri Lanka, most likely it will be J-10A instead of J-10B. If PAF choose J-10A. Most likely they will be operating the jet by next year... Unfortunately, PAF most likely opt for J-10B which is the reason for the long talk over the procurement.

2010, Iran had wanted to exchange J-10 with the oil field(Azadegan oil field rights for 20 years), but the Chinese govt rejected it.
That was a lucrative offer, why did your govt turned it down ?

Being a international pariah is not worth it.
Oh we would get tons of flak if a J 10 was used in war.
