Chinese are already in Kashmir [Aksai Chin]. And Kashmir issue can only be solved diplomatically because, with military force it might end up in third world war.
And btw it doesn't work like that. Well, like that brits gave us whole indian subcontinent?? and btw Indian ocean is not yours to give. It's "INDIAN" ocean.
