China economy boost the Navy, 6th 052C DDG finished next 055

U mean PLAN DDG & FFG fleet formation ?! I think it's the sensitive data, isn't it ?

I didn't have PLAN fleet formation list, i ever saw the list on Chinese military forum but i won't show it on a internatinoal forum. Sorry... :(

I'd love to see it, as well as I'm sure the Japanese visitors who frequent this forum would, too.

By the way, I personally find the Type 052C and the Type 052D attractive looking ships.

I hope to see more pictures of the PLAN surface fleet on fleet screen formation. :-)

It's OKay, without PLAN fleet formation we still have the Navy military port pic, it's open for public access . :pop:

3x 052C in the PLAN military port

Thank you, bro, it looks beautiful ! I will say that the Chinese shipyards are doing a great job in producing quality capital ships. The fire power stats of this ship is also worthy of note. She's a beautiful class.

If u wanna build many warships, there also need a big & good sihpyard - the "Dragon Cave"
The strong economy => build advanced shipbuilding tech & big shipyards => building many warships.

Since 2012 China JN shipyard, the world N.o2 biggest shipyard built all 052C/D DDGs and now still continue building 052D DDGs.:pop:

Inside "Dragon Cave", there'r armed police to protect secret areas. :police:

1st batch of 052D building plan is 8x DDGs, after 052D N.o172 and N.o173 finished now JN shipyard keep building rest 6x 052D, next Two Years will finish all 8x 052D.8-)

Of course at the North of China, there's a famous shipyard as big as JN shipyard - China DaLian shipyard (100 year old history), it ever built CV16 A.C. :D

Next years China 055 and 052D DDGs will come from JN and DaLian shipyard together, i think building speed will quicker than 052C. :coffee:

Building is GOOD ~!!!

The status quo is slowing changing, advantage is shifting to our side. When we have enough 052D, 055, ACs and nuclear subs, we will squeeze the US military presence out of East Asia, then Japan would be more isolated.

he's a spy, just like Englishman. He is former JSDM soldier.

Enlishman covers his real identity by his stupid account ID and false flag.

LOL, right but better than nothing.

052C, 1st-gen air-defence DDG China designed & built (48x vls)
052D, 1+-gen air-defence DDG ( 64x vls),
055, 2-gen air-defence DDG (102x vls).
China shipbuilding industry is developing, they will build good warship. :pop:

BTW Britain Type45 DDG also 48x vls ...

Maybe it's 112 vls? If i'm not wrong.

People say although it's not 128 vls, it can launch many types of missles, right?

Aircraft Carrier: 2 indigenous ones (70000-80000 tons) under construction, and the nuclear one (over 100000 tons) will start the construction in around 2020

Aegis Destroyer: 8 ships deployed by the end of this year, and 4 ships under construction, and over 20 ships by 2020

Nuclear Sub: over 15 boats deployed by now, add another 20 boats in the next decade
Are you sure about the no of boats you have just claimed? Can you please provide the minor details from official sites like no of aircrafts carrier, no of destroyers completed and under construction and their classes plus same thing about your nuke boats. As for as my knowledge goes I have not followed a/c construction. Regarding destroyers 52C and 52D are comparable to Aegis based destroyers in certain fields. I am not sure of their no currently in PLAN inventory. About nuke boats I believe one XIa class Ssbn and similer 2 to 3 SSNs are currently is in active service. Although I am not sure about Shang and Jin class nuke boats no. If for a moment I consider 1st gen boats of total 5 boats then still there are 10 other boats of 2nd gen. I find it hard to believe PRC will build so many boats like 1 boat per year. Although I believe China does have capabilty to build so many boats but in reality is it possible? Can you please back up with officially? I am not asking to expose any secrets here please. Thank you.

No detail yet.
We will see after 055 building, it's soon.
one more query I have read that 52D has quad packing CCL cells. in normal vls it is possible to fire multiple missiles together. Is it possible to fire in same way in a quad pack cell? More clarifying that I mean in a single cell where 4 missiles are stored, is it possible to fire 2 or more missiles together or at same time?

China was developing Navy ESSM, one cell install 4x anti-aircraft missiles. It's DK-10A (developed by PL-12D) missile, but we didn't see any DK-10A pic in PLA warships, it maybe testing.

ESSM: 4 small missiles has 4x separated canister launchers stored in one cell, they'r Navy's short-range anti-aircraft missles developed by Airforce's air-to-air missiles, 20km~40km range.

This VLS prototype... i forget whether it's American MK41 or China's for 052D ?

The Navy is the most expensive military force, domestic economy decided the numbers & quality of modern Navy warships.

2014.9 6th 052C DDG N.o153 "Xi An" ship sea trial, also the last 052C class China built then China will focus on 052D and 055 DDGs

China spent 2.5 years (2012~2014) to build 6x 052C/D DDGs, how many 052D/055 we will build in next Two Years ? :pop:
How many cruise Missiles it can carry and which cruise missile you will use most ?

Type 001 (Liaoning): 65000 tons
Type 001A: 75000 tons
Type 002: 85000 tons
Type 003: 100000+ tons

Type 091: 5 boats in total, and 2 earliest boats being decommissioned
Type 092: most likely only one boat being built and still on service
Type 093: 2 basic version boats, 2 'A' variant boats, 2 'B' variant boats
Type 094: 3 boats being showed up in the SCS, most likely 6 boats being built as there are other boats deployed in the Yellow Sea
Type 095: lead boat being commissioned on August 1st 2014
Type 096 lead boat being commissioned on August 1st 2014

So overall

Type 091: 3 boats in service
Type 092: 1 boat in service
Type 093: 6 boats in service
Type 094: 4-6 boats in service
Type 095: 1 boat in service
Type 096: 1 boat in service

So the nuclear subs should be about 16-18 boats ranging from the first generation to the third generation. My assumption was reasonable.

052C used HQ-9's cold-launched VLS, so i think 052C's VLS can not install any cruise missile just HQ-9.

If 052C need launch cruise missile, it will install in that 8x anti-ship launchers not cold-launched VLS.

so can 2 or more missiles from cell be fired together even if missiles are in different canister but only in one cell?

Type 001 (Liaoning): 65000 tons

Is there any officially link regarding these no? Thanks.
