Chinese are good at plagiarism and propaganda, this seems to be related to the later. Although of late I have seen some local R&D but it is in no way at par to rest of the developed world (language barrier)

The rest of the so-called "developed" world, aka. Western Europe, cannot compete with China and the US in AI, supercomputer, 5G, electronic, etc. They are far behind. I do not see any of their R&D results in recent years.

And the best mind behind US innovation seems to be almost all Chinese, or at least a good part of them.

The West are far ahead of China, and Chinese in propaganda skills. Chinese, on the contrary, are humble in nature. They do not talk, just do (aside from their poor English skill).
