Do we know its exact designation? Is it a Z-18 or a AC313?

I think is Z-18. AC313 has many foreign components. Chinese coast guard is same as under enforcement which is legally sanction by western to supply military grade equipment.

Sorry, I have difficulty on this as well. Time will tell whether it is Z18 or AC313.

A few days ago, the world-leading 10,000-ton-class maritime patrol ship "Hai Xun 09", designed by China Shipbuilding Corporation’s 701 Institute and built by Huangpu Wenchong, is the world’s largest maritime patrol ship with advanced equipment and strong comprehensive capabilities. The ship is currently the world's largest tonnage and most advanced official gov't ship, the first large-scale intelligent official ship in China, and the first 10,000-ton class ship built by Huangpu Wenchong.
