In his mind, that means separation from the country. Having disagreements, but sticking together is not something his countrypeople understand. Bengalis have a disagreement? Separate! Balochis have a disagreement? Liberation! Pashtuns don't like the constitution? War! Sindhis have a disenchantment? Separate! Sunnis don't like shias? Civil war!

How can such a country understand the fact that in large countries like India, disagreements and power struggles are inevitable, but the country will remain together as one? The telengana protests are bound to increase in the next few days, and Pakistanis will take it as proof that evil India is oppressing telengana people, who are all wishing for independence from the Indian union. It is a human tendency to view other people in their own mould.
