You started your post by painting him as a religious person.
Well he is simple leader for you but what China says, does carry a weight otherwise, same goes to India in-case of any objection against a person living outside India. These are double standards.

Provide the proofs as yet he is not convicted by the Court. India shouldn't have released him in first place or I would say, it was Indian security laps that provided an opportunity and failed to protect the National Security Interests and risked more lives than on that plane. GoI could have killed him in an encounter that we have been reading in newspapers, seems to happen every now & then in India that few tried to escape soon killed in an encounter.
