Well every power knows how the future is going to be on its side as it is always the matter of policies like Pakistan is aligning itself as well for the economical growth which is evident as CPEC and China investment at large, therefore, India is trying to hit two with one stone. I hope that GoI experts may believe and follow the advice that many genius finds accurate when it comes to taunt however, India has been pushing for such ban that too against the persons that are not convicted by the Court. Even the countries, that matters a lot to India did not insists as such and there are many reasons.

I would call it Rivals otherwise, Indians wouldn't have any access to Pakistan or vice versa. It is a game and depends how one plays while depends upon tactics and approach of level.
