China beats India in every way, finds report

The number mentioned there is very old, 2014, before Modi. India achieved surplus power only last year. So we are doing fine now.

This is how China was back when it had the same GDP as India's.

What a joke.
Your power outage is only partly due to power shortage, and more to do with:

:cheesy::cheesy::cheesy:
Modi is a joke can't do much about this...

It takes someone with a IQ<82 to believe power shortage= power outage...

Our industrial power are soooooooooooooooo strong, that we have to keep building power plants, which is a good thing... Residential power supply is a piece of cake for us but a biggggggggg head ache for you ... actually I don't remember when is the last time power outage occurs to me....

Just remember, our power production are 50 times larger than you, you can see how big is our industrial power... think about it... Your country is joke of the century. Comparing infrastructure, you can hardly match us 20 years ago...

I can just imagine all the Vedic maintenance on those wires.:omghaha:
You really savaged that guy. I bet you could power half of India just off the heat from his rage.

What is chaos to you is normal to us.

. . . .
Comparing China to India is akin to comparing Pakistan to Bangladesh.
Nice try...

Pakistan is also a country way better than India in many regards, like for example in having less poverty and better income equality between social classes. But leave that for another thread.

.
Statistically, there is no comparison between indian and China except population...
China has a GDP 5 times larger than india ; GDP per capita China $9000 vs india $2000; this alone leave india in the dust... You normally don't compare countries with such a huge gap, do you?
In reality the gap are even larger, in terms of infrastructure, general wealth such as car ownership, etc... The gap are more than 20 years (no matter in the cities or in the countryside)...
See my following threads you will understand what I am talking about:

Actually if you account for inflation (by using constant dollars), it is more like

6800 USD for China and 1900 for India (GDP per capita in constant 2010 dollars with no calibration i.e PPP):

https://data.worldbank.org/indicator/NY.GDP.PCAP.KD?locations=CN-IN

Similarly Chinese economy is about 3.8 times the size accounting for inflation:

2010 dollors or current dollors, 4 times or 5 times, it does not matter... The gap is huge which makes india and China not comparable in any spectrum except population...
In addition, you have to buy everything use the current exchange rate, which makes this 2010 dollar irrelevant... If you consider your car price, prices for consumer goods, housing, etc... I don't think INR worth that much... Not even the current 9000$ vs 2000$ GDP per capita can reflect the real gap between China and india...

That is what PPP takes into account. The difference becomes even smaller then:

About 2.5 times. About 9 years of time @randomradio

. .
Lol. Indian PPP is a big joke already discussed in multiple posts... 9 years... In your dreams...
If he wants India to grow 2.5x in 9 years then it's going to have to grow at an average of 10.7% per year over those 9 years - i.e., not happening.

Of course, with Vedic mathematics anything is possible.
