Change Central and South Asia forum picture

Manmohan Sinh is no more PM of India, so pls change the picture for the captioned forum.

Of course I'm not suggesting Modi's picture be used instead, that would be too much for a forum full of absurd Modi hatred. But change the picture to something more current. Thanks.

I was about to start the same thread when I saw this one, 80 - 90% discussion there is about Narendra Modi and I agree that pic should be replaced.
