Well, I guess meat dominates the street food(although not all of them contains) , vegatarian dishes are usually homemade, there are some restaurants who make home food.

My favourite vegatarian food is Mücver, fried zucchini thingy.

Our beloved sultan Erdogan tried to change our national drink from Raki( Turkish national drink, Raki ) to ayran.
The Ayran i want to drink with @Armstrong is Raki,he doesnt drink alcohol(as you know,most Muslims dont drink alcohol) so he has to sin to be forgiven for his statements.

Ok, looks great. I will try to find it out. I enjoy drinking. The bottle look like that of Vodka and similar to rice beer in texture. Drinking had traditionally been not the part of Indian culture but also not banned. so, what we have is imported brands and happy with 1-2 cheap brands.
