Still immature and expensive.

. . .
share you cars here @Nilgiri

I think we played a game where we had to choose a supercar that started with same letter as our first name.

I chose Shelby Cobra :P

One day I hope to own one (just a replica at least)....for now I have a ford focus for general use and audi a4 for longer distance and comfort. I used to have a land rover defender but I got rid of it some years back. What about you @Sarge what do you drive and aspire to?

I am not into sports car probably because i had a modified car once so i know that a few mods can make any sedan a fast car. I am a 4 X 4 fan.

You can check post number 11 to see my teenage driving. I have yet to share the cars i actually bought and drove.

Lol a hummer? Those are such gas guzzlers hehe. But its GM, cant complain too much and you are going for the original military one rather than the blingy one...so thats good. Hope you get the optional TOW launcher and/or machine gun hardpoint hehe.

I like a lot of GM heavy duty stuff....their pick up trucks and so on.

Yes a Hummer. I never expect a 4 X 4 to be fuel efficient as bigger engines have good torque at slow speeds of 1st and 2nd gear which is required in offroading.

Its height in terms of ground clearance makes it an excellent off-roader.

LOL @ tow and MG :P 4 X 4 offroad driving needs a cool calm head.

whats your choice?

Land rover. The defender I had earlier...I had lots of fun with offroading for Canadian hunting/fishing trips. But it got pretty expensive for maintenance and such which is why I got rid of it (also had less time for the activities like before)

Mine was a bit darker green.

Next one I get may have to be a range rover since thats more family friendly and I will have to start a family soon I think. Can't be a lad forever.

the phaetom is supposed to be a discrete car. when people walk past it in the street people are supposed to think meh its only a vw nothing specail. but under the bonnet (hood) theres a w12 monster.

With the defenders in PA, they have made some market in Pakistan. Im a toyota fan after hummer for offroaders.

Range Rover is awesome as a luxury and family vehicle. Not sure if stock version is a good offroader.

Oh they are all quite capable....stock or customised..... They made sure the design is excellent for offroading...then they added all the other features (luxury etc) to it. But at its heart its offroader.

Now the fact that 99% of people who buy them never use them for offroading is another matter entirely. I always feel sad when such a beast is used for general regular purpose stuff only hah.

Defenders are good offroaders.

Range Rover is pretty expensive to buy and maintain in some countries. Probably used as a status symbol too.
Its a pity when a 4X4 is used only as a sedan :P

@Sarge I have never driven offroad. I have seen the Hummer stretched versions close up. I enjoy speed although as I got older fear has relegated the thrill factor. Nearly being banned* has also tempered my driving. In my younger years I have done speeds in excess of 140mph. I did 110mph back in early 1990s along the entire stretch of A38 between Birmingham and Matlock. If anybody knows that piece of tarmac it has lots of very sharp curves. I did lot of Go Kart racing as kid. One of my lives unconsummated wish will be to have flown a jet. What thrills those guy's must get.

*Gatso Cameras everywhere makes driving like feel your trying to chart your way through a minefield. I know where most are but you can always get caught out.So far the only way I have avoided the ban is using every excuse under the sun.

I drive a Model S. Red of course, it just looks best in red.

Funny thing about it; some Norwegian owners are suing Tesla because the Model S doesn't go fast enough:lol:.

Does Norway have a lot of charging stations? I have a funny picture in my head of a car plugging right into a wind turbine or hydro dam. Something seems very Scandinavian about that image.

I guess in Iceland it would be a hot spring instead.

Speaking of cars that should be red.

Heres a bit of an abomination:
