There are plenty of alternate options of BJP starting from Parikkar, the current Goan PM.. Add Raman Singh, Jaswant Singh, Yashwant Singha etc etc

No matter how much they are educated, you can't remove mask of emotions and prejudice which clouds rationality and their judgement.

those who learnt not to take court decisions at face value, especially in Indian context when witness are bought and threatened will laugh at your innocence.
I ask again, why are sajjan kumar and tytler consided guilty by most Indian members here, they are not convicted in any court, right? How can you be so sure they were involved?

Apples & Oranges my friend. You are trying to compare someone who is charged & under trial for criminal conspiracy & murder, to someone who is not charged with any offence at all. See the difference between the two?
