Its clearly rational and cogent as I gave an example in my first post. However for the third part the intention of the topic was to find out if it is doable or not. So, as per the statement, it matches all points.
Nevertheless, the objective is not to justify claims.

It depends on if India wants to sell it, and if it does, how much? There is no international law against it, and such transactions have happened in the past. Having said that, there are political implications to such an offer that neither Pakistan nor India are willing to deal with, so it's unrealistic.
