Can Nonintervention-ist East Asian states reign in an Intervention-ist India?

On the topic, we are interventionist, I think thread opener doesnt know about India non-intervention policy after the IPKF disaster and soft- power of India.

We are deeply sorry to our BD friends that we are not ready for a charming offensive, active-engagement foreign policy for obvious reasons. We are developing our strength, sorting out various system, and building a stronger network base on mutual economic benefit. Our foreign policy had always put economics first over politics and security while domestically, we put politics and security over economics. If BD determines to break away from India's power politics in immediate term, they have to do it through the US. Take advantage of the US's aggressive foreign policy to neutralize India power like our friend Pakistan does. However, it will come with a heavy price on sovereignty independence. However if BD can wait a few decades, we can neutralize India as we will shift our policy by then.

So, what you think for a decade we will taking a cup of tea.

LMAO, India a self-aggrandizing country who wanna play the interventionism policy against China.

Mind you that even the mighty USA isn't successful at all to play this trick with us.

You weakling third-rate regional power, it is always China's long term strategic goal to break you apart, while your neighbors like Pakistan/Bangladesh/Nepal/Sri Lanka will all eventually get a share of you.

You used to be a rare 'friendly Chinese' once upon a time, what happened? Or was it your brother? :)

Your own post gives link which claims US is Non Interventionist

USA used to be Noninterventionist before WW I and mostly so till WW II, but once it took over from British empire as the leader of Western world after end of WW II, it started a policy of intervention, first to counter socialism/communism on global stage and then after the fall of Soviet Union, it started chasing Al Qaeda and Islamic extremism, a by-product of its own short-sighted foreign policy in Afghanistan. Since WW II USA has been interventionist and it remains so today. In any case, please try to follow the articles presented and that should give you a complete picture.

Right, only "share" they'll get is what ever Agni series India has then.

God.. I never knew we have a member of planning commission here, who can predict future policies!! You just be the most powerful person in China
You need to stop harassing, bullying, and interfering in the internal affair of your neighbors. I have been hearing their displease with your power politics in South Asia, calling out world powers for help but none help them. It is a shame that a regional power like you cannot respect your neighbors' wish to develop and have independent policy to pursue their national goal and interest.

Thread starter must know one thing. China and Japan both wont even have a thought to ditch India to go for the controlling stake in BD. Thing is , why China and Japan should intervene in BD, when clearly the regional heavyweight is India. What benefit does it bring to China and Japan?
Instead India brings 125 crore people of market, fastly evolving middle class, business oppurtunities, and big enough. What does BD offer?
I love the way the BD writers project themselves as the centre of the Universe.

I never implied nor claimed that China and Japan would "ditch India" for "the controlling stake in BD", or expect that "China and Japan should intervene in BD". What we are discussing in fact is that while China becomes an economic partner of India and Japan becomes an economic as well as security partner of India, whether these two Nonintervention-ist states will perhaps educate the clueless Indian strategists the beauty and efficacy of and skillful use of Nonintervention-ism and noninterference approach, specially when you are not the top superpower of the world yet and are only making your first baby steps striving to make your journey towards that long term goal.

If you follow the thread, you will find that the US did follow the same approach of nonintervention and noninterference till it became the most powerful nation after end of WW II and China is pretty much following same approach during its rise to the top.

China protested and Indonesia China relations deteriorated as a result when Indonesian citizens of chinese descent were attacked there a few years back.

It was an internal matter of Indonesia, and when it matters to them the chinese DID ''intervene''. So take your BS someplace else, its an order.
