well yea,it depends on success of GSLV.This year,2 test are going to be done.
we can send human in space but cant say abt human on moon but we do have plan.

Actually yes.

First US manned spacecraft (Mercury) weighted only 1,225 kg.
The reliable Indian PSLV launcher can carry 1,850 kg +.

For comparison Iranians launched only 50 kg so far.

Well launching one guy in cramped cabin does not make much sense beside propaganda. US did it that because they were losing a space race.

Actually I dont see much sense in manned flights at all, but thats a different story.

On a serious note however, manned Indian space mission are scheduled for 2016 .
