Both Russia & China has a very decent amount of Missiles in their inventory which they can easily sold to any other country. Like SHORT - MEDIUM - INTERCONTINENTAL range ballistic missiles with some upgrades to the avionics.

I am 100% sure that China will sell GCC all of these SHORT - MEDIUM - INTERCONTINENTAL, as their new policy is towards ICBMs and Cruise Missiles only same like NATO ones.

Aray bhia what kind of logic is that? Why buy "old" ones?

Do look into KSA investing $10bn

Saudi Arabia to invest $10B in Russia

KSA has built missile force with DF-3 MRBM. The missile has a maximum range of 2800 km. About 30~120 missiles and 9~12 transporter erector launchers (TEL) were delivered in 1988. Saudi Arabia publicly displayed them for the first time in 2014.

Well technically yes, the question is for non-nuclear country and non globally-projected forces (we are talking about GCC), what's the application of very expensive ICBM? For most countries, MRBM armed with concentional warhead would be adequate, it could be used for land strike, or anti-ship.

If the purpose is nuclear, then that's a geopolitical question.

Sir GCC or the new Middle Eastern force needs to build itself. Like, Chinese are now looking towards newer ICBMs and Cruise Missiles only. So, there are 1000s of Short-Medium-Intercontinental Range missiles available for export that can come with upgrades like Baidu for precision strikes.

GCC has aims to do more in SYRIA against ASAD and in YEMEN against Houthis without loosing much. This can only be achieved by these Short-Medium Range missiles. For Intercontinental Range missiles, these are good for Force projection purposes. Even if there would be a threat from country like from South America in near future, so they don't need to go there. Just fire some 20 ICBMs with conventional warheads and the massage can easily be delivered to them.

Also, GCC is loosing up its ground fast and they should move on for making up a single GCC or ME force ASAP! Now in this year they should come and talk with China over Missile purchase also make use of the already present missiles in the inventory.

Yes my friend as Russia and China are deploying newer missiles (e.g. DF-5 ICBM is to be decommissioned, replaced by DF-5B or DF-41), technically speaking it might be an opportunity for GCC. Such sale had happened before (DF-3), there is no bilateral obstacle for further sale.

DF-5 is going to be decomissioned soon | Page 2

It will depend on GCC's own plan & budget, say what are their geo-strategic aspirations (e.g. you mentioned intercontinental force projection, I ain't sure about it), and tactical applications.

ICMBs are fairly useless and expensive investment without nukes

Russia and China can sale the old stock and it will be cheap but i don't trust how they will use it
ICBM should be no no
well they don't need nuke they can secretly modified it to carry chemical bio weapons and you don't need a genius to make for it
