Americans usually play a good cop bad cop game to pressurize the other party and they are doing the same, I don't know which is Munter! but I am sure he was either there to demand things not ask and in few days time we will see what leverage they are using. Remember the Baluchistan card is on the table. We see reports of grave human rights violation by military often enough, these are all to pressurize Military (also remember USA accuse ISI of terror links ). Now the thing to wonder is what leverage Kayani had, Nato & USA have shifted 60 % of there supply route out of Pakistan and they are leaving Afghanistan. They are desperate that the succeed and can have a permanent presence in Afghanistan, similarly in the lines of Iraq. They need Pakistan's help to break Taliban, but feel Kayni has other cards as well.
