Over here in Amreekah they burn their own property on purpose under guise of 'kitchen fire' in order to get insurance company to build them at new location.

First of all, those who are screaming arson and polarisation need to realise, what will people get out of this?

Fire started at 6:30 am. Delhi is wide awake at that time, also Dilshad Garden is a busy area..
Probability of foul play is very low but I will be sad if there is truth to it.
