Having ridden both Tata and Volvo in my city, I'd not say Tata is as good as Volvo. However price tag of Tata should be much less than the Volvos.

when it comes to buses, its not the looks that counts, its the engine and the ride comfortability. I posted a review of a bus in page 1 or 2, read that.
