British PM urges India to change mind on MMRCA

OMG! I didn't realize MMRCA was a deal of survival for many.. Such frustration after loosing. Classic case of sore losers..
It was supposed to provide 40,000 jobs dear. Now there is chance of more job cuts where they have already made some in the past. And if you have followed UK news, the unemployment rate is soaring up. So yeah it was a deal of survival for thousands.

The sheer arrogance of the UK - to suggest that "India has an obligation to buy British" is in itself says it all. If it was aid - then does it come with strings attached? India should do whats best for India - so simple.
Historically they think they are still an empire - sadly the reality is they are an empire - in their tiny heads!
They are crying for 1 billion , why not return trillions they looted from our country.

As above our friend gave links to how many jobs indian companies create for them.

A SERIOUS POINT TO NOTE:

UK STILL HAS A CHANCE IN REMAINING PROCUREMENT ORDERS.
They might get the order of additional 80 jets india is going to consider separately. And still only first round is over, exclusive negotiations with france doesn't mean signing of deal. Leading experts said nothing is final until deal is physically signed.

No it's not a question of compromising our national security and interests. Euro Fighter Typhoon is one of the best available in the market. The factors that worked for Rafale was it's pricing and the reuse of infrastructure build for Mirage 2000's to some extent..

Please don't be foolish to laugh EuroFighter Typhoons off.
All i am saying that , India chose Rafale because it was lowest bidder hence national interest. Eurofighter is ONE of the best, so is Rafale. I agree with factors, but isn't delivery of Rafale faster than Eurofighter a national interest.

Both India and Pakistan have been the Brits "cash cows" for too long.
They twisted our arms to buy the useless Supermarine attacker.. and forced India to buy the obsolescent vampires.
Milking us even after granting us Independence.
Although I do find a certain sense of satisfaction knowing that many british brands.. famous brands are now owned by the very people they enslaved and ruled over.

Absolutely; the Queen and her family members drive around in a car marque owned by an Indian company.
Hell, even the East India Company belongs to an Indian now! :)

Their divide and rule policy is still working to this day!
If Indians had protected the Kohinoor (Gold and jewels..) like the Trivandrum temple people did... It would have been with India, Pakistan or Bangladesh! India and Pakistan is asking for it.. and they make mockery of us!

Just assume how rich is Indian subcontinent... Even though Plundering the Muslim Invaders and colonialization of Whites, Still Indian politicians stock 900 Billion in Swizz accounts.

Add a few more hundred billion from Pakistan.. and I am sure some from the parties of Bangladesh.
We are a bountiful people..blessed.
And yet the ones that have caused us the most harm are none other than ourselves.
No foriegn power could touch us.. be it not for Mir Jafars and others like them.

.

careful with the words bro. Pakistanis have this weird habit of considering themselves (as) the sons of the Muslim Dynastic rulers. They have this hero/warrior worship thing still going on in their country. They may take offense at talking about anything Muslim or Islam. Just check out the names of their missiles, you ll understand.

We should place order of howitzers from BAE

We're already started with developing our own. I know it would take time, but sometimes our sarkaris surprise us with fast development (like LCH which happened in record time or even the IJT-36 which was ahead of its schedule before the temporary grounding last year).

Let Bhim come out. We've spent enough of our money on outside sources. While strategic partners are always welcome, we need to look at our national security pragmatically.

In a perfect world everyone could win the tender and go home happy. Too bad its not a perfect world...

We didn't ask for any aid, neither you are a empire now a days.
So mind what you wish.

Dont mix business with charity.
