I have debated this matter with some forum members few days ago. Even if the parliament canteen goes no-profit, no-loss way the increased rates would still be far lesser then what a normal Indian pays in a dabha. You are getting tea at just 3 Rs. and chicken curry at 45 Rs. in the highest legislative assembly of the country.@litefire
