Listen this, he was there in the meeting with IK yesterday where that letter was discussed with the journalists. He summed up the best especially his personnel assessment that US doesn't like to listen a man who has the balls to say absolutely not on their face especially a man from third world country.

Then PM Shahbaz Sharif through his elder brother's links in London send a message to Modi to stage a fake drama of attack on Pakistan. Like missile strike or something like that. Then our military would retaliate and ISPR would be in total control of perception building affairs. And through ISPR's mission quick refresh, all people are gathered under the Army's flag due to their commonly shared hatred towards the rival India. Army's image of divinity restored and IK then can rot in exile, jail, or in the grave and no one would remember what happened to him except a few numbered die hard fans.

There isn't any strange matter in it. India has historically served Nawaz regime by changing the situation on borders/LOC at demand. And then civil-military leadership would start a new journey of "same page" after that. Happy endings till next political engineering.

Gentlemen, just want to remind some of us here that speaking against our army, our politics leadership, losing hope... That's exactly what our enemies want at the moment.

There is only one way to break Pakistan. That is to break it from inside using its own people, pitch institution against institution....

PAK Army has a hefty track record in meddling with the regimes. It's not the 20th century anymore. Either come clean or get used to be blamed and shamed. We know our enemies want the same but don't put fuel on the spark by shamelessly staying "neutral" under visibly foreign attacks. We people of Pakistan are starving to death to support and finance world's top notch military and intelligence services for which purpose! To scavenge upon our own nation! That too upon the orders of some western overlords from which our Quaid e Azam got us freedom 3 quarters of a century before. Then we would prefer to be the slaves of the original Goras rather than their lapdogs.

The letter is present with the top military brass as per PM and the cabinet ministers. DG ISPR could have already denied it's presence with them if that was the case.

You would be aware that COAS is going to and fro from PM house from late night till now as I write, so there is much more than what meets the eye. And giving the extremely fluid situation, nobody (even a high ranking serving officer) would know what is going through.

Whatever the outcome, Bajwa and Army is at the crossroads.

Fact is that multiple generals, from Shuja Pasha onwards had bet on IK & promoted him actively (against the law & against their oath). 2018 elections were managed with the process going into high gear in 2017. So, you do not get to cry about army being this or that because you have been supporting a dispensation that was shoved down out throats by a few generals. Now that the support is gone & the regime is crumbling, you can not run around pointing fingers. Look at yourself first.

He has some very motivated supporters. He also heads two governments (KP & Punjab) and three purses (Federal, KP, & Punjab). So, him filling a venue with capacity of some thousands (20-30?) is not a surprise.

Musharraf had a big rally on 12th May 2007 in Islamabad. That day MQM killed a number of people in political rally in Karachi & got severe reprisals in return by ANP cadres. So, a big rally in a government's dying days is nothing special. It happens.
