Every year I post ICBM news on first April, we are so emotional about Taimoor or Tipu which even don't exist.

You think so!! I think strongly possibilities they do exists but not tested overtly due to the ramifications of testing them.
We all know that Indian is not the sole enemy we got. Thus, it was neigh impossible to think that Pakistan would limit its knowledge and technology to Missile range of 1500/3500 Km.

I know for YEARS now that there is no ICBM program in Pakistan. @Zarvan literally fought me in 2013 and swore up and down that there was. And that we will see it soon.

Not only that, we don’t have ANY program by the namesake of “tipu/taimour”....I was told that almost a DECADE ago by a defence industry official who has been involved in Nescom, HiT, Kamra etc (wont say where he is working right now but he is still involved in defence production management )

Uptil now, all of my family-friend uncle’s info has been proven to be correct while PDF continues to live on hopes and dreams

With 100% confidence I must say no project is running under name of Taimur or Tipu, these name was coined by Dr. A.Q Khan and vanish once he was removed.

Even under A.Q Khan's command no project was ever started beyond 4000 Kms and cancelled by Gen Musharraf since he gave importance to solid fuel over liquid fuel missiles.
Our maximum range is classified and not declared yet but they are not ICBMs.
