Russia and the world should tell the US to stick its negotiations........The US has done this many a times, they made the world signed a CTBT and NPT and hindered everyone else from ever getting to researching nuclear tech all the while, the US had a much higher nuclear reasearch going on which did not fall into the wording of the NPT or CTBT as these were mere basic levels for nuclear research which one had to pass before reaching the US's level, therefore they continued unhindered...........

B0ll0cks to their plans, the US first needs to bring its stockpiles down to, what, say about 200. then negotiate with other countries about bringing an end to nukes, WHICH THEY WILL NEVER DO.....why..........bcus it is the US thats why.....

Iran should lean more and more towards Iran and China and continue its defences, Pakistan does so against India, India does so against China, Israel does so against the Arabs, and Iran should do so against the US and Israel........

I agree with most of what you say, but the following:

China have problems with North Korea, India, Tibat , Nepal and USA.

(1) China doesn't have a problem with NK, other than preventing it from doing something crazy (like launching missiles at Japan or US bases, thus starting a world war!).

(2) China-India relationships are love-mistrust-rivalry at worse. Only the land issues (which is slowly but surely being solved) and future ambitions need some work. Otherwise, it is better than say US-UK relationship.

(3) Tibet is a province in China. The issues are external provocateers who distort the truth and cause violence. Please visit China and Tibet and talk with the locals for yourselves.

(4) Nepal is China's friend. I think you've mistaken China for India.

(5) USA-Sino relationships are more-or-less negotiations over the division of shared benefits.

US to use nuclear weapon if came under WMD attack: Clinton

WASHINGTON: US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Sunday the United States could not rule out using nuclear weapons if it came under biological attack, saying in that case "all bets are off."

"If we can prove that a biological attack originated in a country that attacked us, then all bets are off," Clinton said in an interview with CBS's "Face the Nation."

Clinton was referring to a new US nuclear policy unveiled last week that restricted the use of atomic weapons against non-nuclear states that comply with the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).

Both Clinton and Defense Secretary Robert Gates said in joint television interviews that Iran and North Korea represented exceptions to the limits on a US nuclear response, as both have defied UN resolutions on their atomic programs.

"We leave ourselves a lot of room for contingencies," Clinton said.

Asked why Iran and North Korea were considered exceptions, Gates said: "Well, because they're not in compliance with the nuclear non-proliferation treaty. So for them all bets are off. All the options are on table."

Clinton and Gates said a new arms control deal with Russia and the revised nuclear policy would bolster President Barack Obama's diplomatic efforts to isolate Iran and North Korea over their nuclear programs.

If this turns out to be true I wonder how the Saudi S-400 deal will go... I thought the Saudis were only going to buy the S-400 so that Russia wouldn't sell more S-300 to Iran.
