Breaking: Israel already breaks 72 hour humanitarian ceasefire

LOL, what?

Last time I saw then the main sponsor of Hamas is an Arab country (Qatar) and almost every private donation that Hamas receives comes from the Arab world. Almost all non-locals who ventured into Palestine and fought against Israelis after the wars were also Arabs.

By that logic the entire Muslim world has a similar opinion as they are doing JACKSHIT too.

At least Arabs conquered what is now Palestine/Israel 1400 years ago under Umar ibn al-Khattab (ra) and ruled it for centuries, later formed the vast majority of the armies of Salad ad-Din (ra) and most recently conquered Al-Quds during the Arab Revolt.

Let alone sending their sons to fight Israel (supported by the entire Western world and with much better weaponry) after its creation.

Moreover most of the donations to Palestine are given by Arab states and ordinary citizens.

So if people are busy badmouthing Arabs here then what do those same people have to say about other Muslims who have not done even 1/100 of what the Arabs have done for Palestine? Probably nothing other than diarrhea as usual.

@Arabian Legend @JUBA @Bubblegum Crisis @Yzd Khalifa @Full Moon @Hadbani @Tihamah @BLACKEAGLE @Awadd @Altamimi @Rakan.SA @Halimi @ebray etc.

I think he was bad mouthing the Arab governments (Egypt and Saudi Arabia) and not the Arab people.

Here’s a video where the former Israeli ambassador to the UN tells al jazeera that Israel has the full backing of Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Fast forward to 14:38

.
The point is outsiders cannot solve this dispute because it is an Arab-Jewish dispute first and foremost then after that it is a religious dispute. Pakistan cannot fly over all those Arab states to come aid Palestine nor can Iran so obviously the burden falls on those most nearby to the conflict. Out of all the Arabs states KSA is the most powerful so it should be at the forefront to stopping this at least diplomatically if nothing else but like stated earlier there has been little to no drive to do so not just from KSA but other Arab countries as well.

Anyway here on some articles talking about the silence, How Arab leaders’ ‘loathing’ of Hamas has kept them quiet on Gaza war - The Globe and Mail

Even the Israelis noted the silence from their neighbors- Arab apathy to Gazan casualties won’t last much longer - Diplomacy and Defense Israel News | Haaretz

Yet his likes are allowed here to badmouth Arabs (450 million people) while when I point out that those same Arabs have done more for Palestine (long before Israel even existed) then he starts to cry about "nationalism" yet his likes are the ones that are busy mentioning people. Like the non-Arab Muslim world is doing anything. JACKSHIT is the answer. As usual. When did any non-Arab state fight a war against Israel? The answer is never.

Yet Egypt that gets most of the blame have done more for Palestine THAN ANY TOHER COUNTRY out there in recent times (since 1948).

That's a retarded behavior that I will not look past at. Aside from that being highly disrespectful.

@Mahmoud_EGY @Frogman @agentny17 @Dino R.

KSA does not even border Israel. Besides every Arab country has condemned Israel and so has most Muslims states that I am aware of. Most of the aid is now given by the Arab states too.

Yet what are people expecting here? If it was such a easy thing to attack Israel it would have been done much earlier.

The fact is that Israel is a regional military power, armed with NUCLEAR weapons and it has the entire support of the Western world (most powerful countries in the world)

What are the neighboring Arab states supposed to do when they either suffer from wars (much worse than in Palestine), civil strife or other problems?

If nations really wanted to attack Israel they would have done so long ago. I think that every sane Muslim would like to see a independent Palestine that could defend itself from the Israeli onslaught but the world is unfortunately the current one where the Muslim world is a weak party and has very little say in international politics. Or just in great turmoil.

Yet every logic goes out of the head of some of those people.

Let them cry about "Arabs" all day long forgetting that we have done much more than any other people when it comes to this sickening conflict.

Let them keep messing up rulers with the ordinary person too for all I care. Those are simply morons and logic does not work with them either.

At least 50 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza strip on Friday, with Israel also alleging that Hamas had fired early morning rockets. This latest, 72-hour UN-brokered ceasefire, has now officially collapsed.

Israel launches ground incursion in Gaza Strip LIVE UPDATES

Soon after the ceasefire started at 8am local time (05:00 GMT), an Israeli tank opened fire in the southern Rafah area, the Gaza Interior Ministry said. At least 40 people were killed in the attack, hospital officials told Reuters. That number later climbed to 50 at around midday GMT, with a further 220 wounded.

Israel insisted that the IDF was only responding to Hamas attacks.

"Hamas violated the humanitarian ceasefire which began this morning by firing rockets at Israel from Gaza," the Jerusalem Post cited the Israeli Foreign Ministry as saying.

The statement went on to allege how it took Hamas "two hours and four minutes to violate the ceasefire."

Israeli media said that two rockets were intercepted by its Iron Dome defense system over Merhavim Regional Council in the last rocket attack. No injuries were immediately reported.

Reports are emerging that the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel has been broken, Israel's military coordinator in Gaza told the UN's Robert Serry, Haaretz said.

Egyptian authorities have called off truce talks they were hosting between Israel and Hamas, a Palestinian source told Ahram Online, speaking on condition of anonymity.

The source added that Israel has decided to end the 72-hour ceasefire.

The agreement between Israel and Hamas to pause their hostilities was announced earlier by US Secretary of State John Kerry and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon in a joint statement

“We urge all parties to act with restraint until this humanitarian ceasefire begins, and to fully abide by their commitments during the ceasefire,” the statement said.

“This ceasefire is critical to giving innocent civilians a much-needed reprieve from violence. During this period, civilians in Gaza will receive urgently needed humanitarian relief, and the opportunity to carry out vital functions, including burying the dead, taking care of the injured, and restocking food supplies,” Kerry and Ban continued. “Overdue repairs on essential water and energy infrastructure could also continue during this period.”

Israeli and Palestinian delegations were scheduled to begin negotiations in Cairo on a more permanent ceasefire mediated by the Egyptian government.

A representative of Hamas independently confirmed the ceasefire agreement.

"Acknowledging a call by the United Nations and in consideration of the situation of our people, resistance factions agreed to a 72-hour humanitarian and mutual calm that begins... on Friday as long as the other side abides by it," Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri told Reuters.

"All the Palestinian factions are united behind the issue in this regard," Abu Zuhri said.

Earlier on Thursday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that the IDF will complete the destruction of Hamas, no matter what.

"We are determined to complete this mission with or without a ceasefire," Netanyahu said at the start of a cabinet meeting in Tel Aviv. "I won’t agree to any proposal that will not enable the Israeli military to complete this important task for the sake of Israel's security."

“Hamas has taken harsh blows from the IDF and ISA,” he said. “We have struck hard at thousands of terrorist targets: command centers, rocket arsenals, production facilities, launch areas and hundreds of terrorists have been killed.”

After 24 days of IDF's mission, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the new death toll stands at no less than 1,437 people, Maan reports. On Thursday, 79 Palestinians were killed and 350 injured, health ministry spokesman al-Qidra said in a statement. The toll of those injured now stands at 8,265 people.

U must stop murdering children. Syria conflicts has nothing to u.
Exactly. Who are the Jews to comment when Muslims massacre thousands of fellow Muslims, no? They must answer for the few civilians killed in crossfire in a territorial dispute, but should not question thousands being butchered and massacred based on their belief of who is the most apt successor to Prophet Mohammed!!

Who is "his likes"?

Read my post.
The users with that behavior that I have talked about in my recent posts. They are spreading bullshit in several threads while living in much bigger glasshouses and being from countries or belonging to people who have not even done 1/100 of what Arabs have done historically for Palestine. Long before Israel came to existence in 1948 as well.

But let them cry and let them be unable to distinguish between SOME rulers and ordinary people. Like we are decision makers here on PDF.

They are basically morons and logic does not work with them. I have tried in the past but to no avail.

.
Impossible for us to decide one way or another. In any case, since @Hazzy997 launched a thread before you did, he gets precedence. You may wish to read the first post and note its timing.
Simply in contrast to Hazzy I dont have a habit to post unproven and especially false info.

When fire exchanges started after 10:00 AM local time it was not clear who and why caused that.

Only hours later it became clear that fire was the result of Hamas hijacking at 9:30 and thus they broke the cease fire.

Do not bring up irrelevant shit, what is going on in Syria is a civil war that has nothing to do with what is going on in Gaza.

.
This is what happened, no 'hijakcing' here, these are terrorists who are doing offensive operations during a cease fire INSIDE Gaza.

Summary:

Cease fire agreed upon meant Israeli operations on their side of the border. Not inside Gaza.

This incident happened inside Gaza, specifically city of Rafah. Israel did NOT adhere to terms which were cessation of ground operations in Gaza.

And they kept going on advances, until they reached this building where Hamas finally responded and got in a gun fight but captured one in the process. Which is perfectly justifiable.

Keep in mind, only Israel is claiming a MIA. Hamas has not confirmed that.

After that, Israeli began indiscriminately bombing/shelling Rafah killing at least 40 civilians and injuring over 300.

Are u blind to see what i just wrote

A muslim is a Muslim , he has no other identity.

nationalism is the thing of the past for a muslim, way before the coming of prophet Mohammad SAW.

Prophet Muhammad (saws) nor Islam prohibits you from being attached to your people, language, culture, history, lands etc. Prophet Muhammad (saws) himself was a proud Arab. There is nothing wrong with cherishing your culture, history, people, lands etc. as long as there is no racism involved. Islam does not forbid you to be attached to all that (in fact the Qur'an clearly states that there is a reason to why we are all not speaking the same language etc.).

Yet there is no contradiction with you identifying yourself as an Muslim and Arab or an Muslim and Mongol for instance.

What I wrote in this thread are mere facts and have nothing to do with nationalism. You see when I see users here badmouthing the 450 million Arabs (who have done more for Palestine than any other people in recent time and before Israel even existed) then I obviously can't help myself from showing those people their giant hypocrisy. There is nothing wrong with this.

It's neither nationalism if you Pakistanis say that you have done more for Kashmir than any other Muslim people which is a correct. I don't take offense in that at all nor should any sane person do that.

Lastly some people really need to learn the difference between SOME Arab rulers and then ordinary Arabs. I repeat - none of us here are decision makers.

Besides some people should also be more realistic. Israel would not have existed if it was not a nuclear power or had the support of the entire Western world (most powerful part of the world).

Yet people here are expecting miracles from neighboring Arab countries who themselves have A LOT of problems and are engaged in much bloodier conflicts and wars.

Some people are basically out of touch with reality and are just interested in badmouthing Arabs as they will have a similarly retarded cheerleading squad that will support them in doing that.

I don't know how I can say this more clearly.

Also I find this discussion hilarious as this forum is called PAKISTANI Defence Forum. A nationalistic forum for mainly Pakistanis in other words.

@Arabian Legend @JUBA @Bubblegum Crisis @Yzd Khalifa @Full Moon @Hadbani @Tihamah @BLACKEAGLE @Awadd @Altamimi @Rakan.SA @Halimi @ebray @Frogman @Mahmoud_EGY @agentny17 @Dino R. etc.

Personally I also consider the disrespect towards ORDINARY Egyptians here highly disrespectful as any sane person that is just A BIT familiar with the Palestinian-Israeli conflict will know about the HUGE sacrifices of Egypt as a country and its people. Another reason to get somewhat angry.

I don't think that I ask for much.

PS:

You are entitled to forget about your ancestry, country, culture, language, history etc. but don't tell others to do so while using Islam as an excuse as this will only work for ignorants here. Not people who are able to read the Noble Qur'an AND understand its content.

Thanks.

This is a lesson for Israel, never to trust the word of terrorists.Clearly ,the only solution is force, they must obliterate Hamas for peace to have a chance.
Even if the Palestinians become totally pacifists I doubt they would get a two state solution. Look at how Israel treats the people from the West Bank and I don’t see them firing missiles into Israel.

well you lot fight your own war at the moment am having my good time here taking all the sweet revenge on this zionist prick i got my hands on :D

Like the progress that was made all those years before Hamas emerged? The same Hamas whose leader was arrested by the Israelis when he was initially raising arms but then released because he was going to target Fatah?
