Breaking: IRGC seized a British tanker

Bro, thats nothing. Only 31 years ago, one of our speedboats fired warning shots at an American cruiser. They responded by shooting down our civilian passenger plane. We didn't do anything, because we couldn't do anything about it.

Now we shot down their most expensive aircraft. They responded by making a fake Hollywood story about Trump wanting to save Iranian lives, and another fake story about shooting down one of our drones. Thats all they could do.

Each nation is allowed 12 miles from their coast line to claim as their own territory. However, strait of Hormuz at the narrowest point is only 21 miles wide thus creating overlapping claims by both Oman and Iran. Technically, at the narrowest point , there is no international water.

the real disaster was when trump appreciated us for shooting down their drone lol.

If Iran seized a "Swedish tanker" then why did UK govt just convene an emergency meeting regarding the tanker seizure? something's not adding up..

It is not a ”Swedish tanker”.
It is a Swedish tanker.

Iran has signed the UNCLOS which allows tankers to transit through Iranian territorial waters.
