At least Manmohan and congress had the courtesy not to ask for targeting children and unarmed students, but the strategy changed after May 26, 2014, when a murderer took over, when an idiot who compares human life to a puppy took over, the mentality changed he has adopted the thinking of cowards gutting the wombs of the women in his country as a strategy across the border too, going after children and students is the best his mentality could come up with as inflicting pain.
