Even then, Indian universities tend to be poor in terms of rankings.

So talented people have to go abroad, then they stay abroad

It's nothing as compare to Pakistan. Here government gives subsidy for Engineers & Doctors. And when these engineers and doctors are graduate they run away...

And then common people complain Government/Bureaucrats are corrupt? What about people?
