Bollywood, please stop demonising Muslims

It goes both ways. I remember I once got in a cab in Sydney, the moment I got in, the Cab driver (who was a Pakistani) goes, Afghanistan se ho ya Pakistan se , I said India se hoon.

The man didn't utter a single word after that, it was a good 45 minutes cab ride! When I was getting out, I asked him kyun India ke logon se aap baat nahi karte! He was pretty embarrassed after that I think

That is a pure lie! I mean which Pakistani would confuse an AFGHAN with SOUTH INDIAN? r u sure that he confused you for a PASHTUN?

I just realized, that Pakistanis here know so much more about us than we them.

They know how we dress and eat and speak and how our cities look.

This is all thanks to our movies.

All we get to see are the bomb blasts and the religious anti-India rallies.

Even there I know it may sound shallow, but I try to make out more of the background.

What has 'cliff' or a 'jump' got to with the point made.

The point being, your film industry is much more bigoted than Bollywood can/will ever be!
A point which is plainly visible in the movie clips I posted.

Bollywood is dependent on its Muslim stars (some of whom have fan following bigger than your entire nation ) for its bread and butter and can never achieve your levels of communal hatred.

It is just the fact, most of the movies, which you produce are completely worthless..and forget about others, you yourself don't watch them ..hence you afford to live in such ignorance.

So it is time to wake up and smell the coffee!!

Ab aisi baat bhi nahin hai. I watch Pakistani movies.. the quality was quiet good in old Pakistani movies till late 1960s. It was only after General Zia suffocated film industry in the 1980s that the film industry collapsed and never really recovered and Bollywood is now far ahead of us.

Err.. no... We dont watch bollywood movies... Cheap ripoffs of hollywood movies... Besides we all knoow of Indian culture, and how their cities look... We have our textbooks and if you want to know what any city of India looks like just type in "Mumbai slum, Hyderabad slum, Kolkata slum" on google, you will get your answer
