In the 2004 illegal arms haul case in Chittagong, not only have top BNP and JEI leaders and top intelligence officers been indicted, but Pakistan’s ISI’s direct involvement has been established. The ten-truck loads of arms imported from China were meant for the ULFA insurgents in Assam, India. In the case, the then NSI Chief got personally involved as very senior leaders of the BNP/JEI were participants. The objective was to seriously destabilize north-east India, mainly a Pakistani objective shared by the Bangladeshis in power then.

So is this all what you call 'Indian definition' of the BNP which is partying around with terrorist organizationjs? Wake up and smell the coffee. Truth hurts, what?

Once again, the confession by the former ISI chief in front of Supreme Court of Pakistan was made this week i.e. March 2012, and was picked up by AL straight away.

Just to correct some facts. These statements of ISI and other officers were disclosed in open court trial with full media access in 1997 and case continue to be heard by Supreme court of Pakistan until 1999 military coup came and the case was not pursued further . Now it has been opened again. But what amuses me, This public info about Asghar khan was released in press back in 1997 but now Awami league woke up and pay attention to the contents of this report, where were they back then when this disclosures were made public in 1997? .
