News here describe the Turkish warship as a MEKO class frigate. The two ships are not reported to have collided per se, but rather "touch".

At this point most sources listed are "anonymous", so take the whole thing with a grain of salt. ΛΗΜΝΟΣ today took the place of ΝΙΚΗΦΟΡΟΣ ΦΩΚΑΣ (F-466) and ΚΑΝΑΡΗΣ (F-464) in following the Turkish formation.
