Loud explosion rocks Peshawar: police

PESHAWAR: A loud explosion has been heard in front of press club located in Saddar locality of Peshawar on Monday morning, police sources said.
According to sources, the explosion has also shattered the windowpanes of Press Club Building meanwhile, rescue efforts have been kicked off and injured people are being shifted to hospitals for medical attainment.
Deaths have been feared in blast, sources said.

2 die, 10 hurt in Peshawar suicide blast: police
PESHAWAR: At least two persons lost their lives and as many as 10 sustained injuries when a loud explosion occurred in front of the main gate of Press Club Building located on Sher Shah Sori Road in Saddar locality of Peshawar on Monday morning, police sources confirmed.
The security man who scarified his life was identified as police constable by the name Mohammad Riaz and the other one was accountant at press club, police sources said.
According to details, the explosion took place when police counstable, deployed on the main gate of building, was searching out an unknown person before letting him allow entrance into building, so he exploded himself while a passenger bus passing nearby, also came under attack
The security forces have cordoned off the entire area, while rescue teams and ambulances have arrived on the blast site, witnesses said.

PESHAWAR: A suicide bomber attacked a club for journalists in Pakistan's northwest city of Peshawar on Tuesday, killing three people and wounding 17 others, officials said.
The force of the explosion blew out the windows in the imposing red brick building, damaging the guard hut outside and nearby vehicles, said police.
'It was a suicide attack. The bomber wanted to enter the building. The police official at the gate stopped him and he blew himself up,' senior police official Karim Khan told AFP.
However, the city's main Lady Reading Hospital said four people were killed, including a policeman and a press club employee.
'We have received four bodies and 17 injured,' Doctor Zafar Iqbal told AFP.
Police said four journalists were among the wounded.
'The guard room outside the gate was badly damaged. Three motorcycles parked inside the compound and one bus on the other side of the road were damaged. Almost all windows of the building were shattered,' said Khan.
This is the first outright attack on the journalist community in Peshawar. This follows a series of threats issued against publications as well as journalists by militants.
According to details, a press conference was scheduled at the press club, when the attacker struck. Witnesses say the bomber tried to enter the press club but was stopped at the gate.

Very bad news dont know when these things will finish cant see ending,this is due to friendship with US and their secret agents throughout the country also Indian RAW also involved and mostly we should blame government because of their failed foreign policy.Dont know what will happens in future.But wish our country safe.
