Probably Black Panthers should try to impress civilized blacks to move back in da hood with them. My impression about US (personal experience) is that ,everyone including well off blacks, avoid blacks like plague. Broken marriages/infidelity/single parenthood, drug abuse, gang violence, gun culture, looking down upon academic achievements is an epidemic among blacks; the reason why even well-off blacks want to move out of black neighborhood as soon as they can.

The freed slaves were not from Africa....most of them were born in America. Sending them back would not be a viable option as it would never be a viable option to expect the whites to go back to Europe or the Israelis to go back to their respective countries.
