Why do you not think that the UPA govt was Hinduphobe ?

With statements like, 'terrorism has no religion, but there is Hindu terrorism', 'ISIS happened because of unemployment', 'RSS behind Mumbai attacks' , 'Minorities have the first right on India's natural resources', etc etc...
