Because it was congress that gave a written assurance for these ordinary citizens of Italy to remain n reside in a Italian embassy. which is not a legitimate decision because Indians in Italy are not treated on par in Italy, while our GOI goes extra mile for them.

Whatever my hate for congress, I acknowledge it has pulled off a diplomatic victory. Beyond that, I do not see any wrong in the Italian marines(or not) staying outside of prison(in an Italian embassy or hotel, whereever it is) when it is the GOI which was delaying the prosecution of these marines.

A crew is one who is on the payroll of the ship and not a member of a naval forces.

Even soldiers can be prosecuted, both our own & those of other countries if they are believed to overstep their brief. Btw, you can read more recent coverage of the BBC to get a better picture. Buddy, we have different definitions of rights. WHat are officially mentioned and generally considered as a particular and correct definition of Dalit rights are not the entire issues.

I know I was unable to put forward my ideas and you were right that I gave wrong impression about Dalit rights.

I neither like Congress or BJP. Only leader I like is NaMo just because if he wins or loose, it will bring a necessary change in Indian politics, Development based politics. Even if that means only 1% of politicians change after 2014 elections.

For me the defenders of nation are the people who are not even admired by Indians.

I wish I can explain more about my philosophy. May be one day we can have a constructive discussion.
