Raise to the level to demand and rule, medicoresly is not respected any where.

Having said, that ICC as organization has done more damage to game then improvement in real terms. The expansion and reach of the game should be foucsed upon so that it can come any where close to global level games like Football/soccer. More resources should be spent in improving the game in non playing nations or nations that have small foot prints, give them plenty of occasions and due course the game will grow globally. If you are going to organize only for few countries its not going to work for long. In past it was Australia, England only with emergence of India in game, it got the share, we can understand these 3 countries have main lead as of now, but its the responsibility of ICC to ensure that when they make program for these countries, they should make double the number of playing opportunites for others too.
