Gilgit Baltistan should be a new province as a Karakoram Province before Paksitan start any discussion with India on Kashmir issue.

Pakistan's strategy: To ensure India gets the hell out of 'Indian Occupied Kashmir'.

India's strategy : To ensure Pakistan gets the hell out of 'Pakistan Occupied Kashmir'.
