Geez, Atif Aslam... Have you heard that one, the one in which he's screaming and trying to sing high pitch real bad? And another one where he tries to adopt the NFAK style?

Only Indians and little girls from Pak have shot this guy up to fame. Whenever some new revolutionary artists are taking the Pakistani Music scene towards a new direction there comes along some pop artist that will take it back to the same old, same old.

I mean its not just Pakistani rock music what I'm talking about as real talent... I mean if you hear the things being produced by some of the bands, its awesome. Check out Mekaal Hassan Band, their first album didn't do so well, but its freakin brilliant. They don't have any pretty boys in the band but they are damn good.

I heard another one recently, Armaan by Siege. It's so freakin revolutionary and the singing style's absolutely carefree. Music should serve a purpose. Indian music hardly has ever aimed for that... (not recently at least)

Lol the other day on the radio I heard a song which went like "Parosi k choolay se aag le lo"... wtf? Then there was "Sigaaaaaaaaaaaaal" (this one's apparently famous too) ooh, ooh and my favorite, "Don't talk to stranger, stranger is danger" haahahhahaha... believe it or not, I'd classify Atif Aslam as only slightly better.

PS. I got a Japanese car radio, it would only tune to 90hz, so I just get one radio station, 89.1fm.

It is by a rock band possibly from 2004. In the video there is this girl whose "aashiq"! is abducted by thugs (lafanga's) and she gets a gun, beats them up and gets the dude free!

I recommend the song "Bande" to every one here, it was in the movie "black Friday" about the Mumbai Serial blasts. Excellent song. Just search Bande in limewire.
