Reason---india will do everything possible to not let pakistan's economy get going---. They will sabotage it any which way they can.

Second thing---the interior unrest---I will keep my comments reserved at this time but I do have an inkling what india is thinking---. I would say that it has opened a bigger can of worms at one time that it could handle---.
